Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours, and we kindly ask that you notify us of any appointment changes in a timely manner.
• Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment will be charged 25% of the scheduled service price.
• No-Shows: If you do not attend your appointment and do not contact us by the end of the same business day of your scheduled service, a 50% no-show fee will be charged based on the scheduled service price.
